We understand that sometimes you're going to order something that just doesn't suit you or isn't a great fit when you get it home and we know that shopping on the Internet can make this harder so we’ve made returns really easy. You can return any* unused apparel product purchased from Wear It Out within 100 days for a money back refund or store credit if you choose. Please read the rest of our information below for full details and conditions. We are committed to ensuring you have an exceptional shopping experience with Wear It Out and are fully satisfied with our products.

There's just a couple of conditions

We can't accept change of mind returned items if:

  • The item is an adult toy or consumable item
  • The item is a face mask or medical item
  • The item has been worn or used
  • The item is dirty or soiled
  • The item has been washed
  • The item has been damaged or modified

All returned items must be returned in brand new condition - the same condition you received them in.  Perfect, unused, unwashed and clean with any supplied product packaging and tags.

How do I return something to you?

It's simple. Just send us an email to [email protected] and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible with further instructions.  We also provide the returns address on the back of the packing slip that comes with your order.

How do I exchange something?

Exchanging is as simple as sending back what you don't want for a refund and placing a new order for the items that you do want.  We'll refund you for the goods you send back to us so you can just order your exchange items at any time.  We find this is a faster and more reliable way of handling exchanges.

Received something not quite right?

We try extra hard to ensure your shopping experience with Wear It Out is the best one possible and that means making sure we send your order to you exactly as you ordered it. Of course, we prefer to work with humans rather than robots and so every once in a while (usually when they are hungry) they make a mistake. It is very rare but it can happen. If you've received your order and something isn't quite right, we'll fix that up for you as best and as fast as we can. Please email us at [email protected] or call us on 1300 369 295 and we'll ensure a speedy rectification of our wrongs at no expense to you.

Warranties & Guarantees:

Our Returns Policy does not override or limit consumer guarantees and consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under certain circumstances.  Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies if an item purchased has a fault or is significantly different from the description.  We will issue a refund or replacement upon return and inspection of the goods where required.  Depending on the length of time, we may involve the manufacturer in this process.
