We understand that sometimes you're going to order something that just doesn't suit you or isn't a great fit when you get it home and we know that shopping on the Internet can make this harder so we’ve made returns really easy.  You can return any* unused product purchased from Wear It Out within 100 days for a money back refund, exchange or store credit.  Please read the rest of our information below for full details and conditions.  We are committed to ensuring you have an exceptional shopping experience with Wear It Out and are fully satisfied with our products.


*What are the exclusions?

Just a couple.  We generally aren't able to return or exchange items of underwear or swimwear due to health and hygiene reasons.  However, we can return or exchange provided that they have not been worn and can be returned in original packaging so we recommend checking them against some underwear that you already have and love for sizing before trying them on.

All returned items must be in perfect, new and saleable condition with any tags and original product packaging.  We cannot accept a return item with clear indications of having been used, worn or altered in any way other than for the purposes of 'trying it on'.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or postage unless the reason for the return was a shipping error made by us in which case we will pay for all shipping costs from you to us and from us to you to rectify the error.  For orders shipped under any "free shipping" offer, we may deduct the cost of the original shipping costs of your order (as valued by Australia Post) should you decide to return your order for a refund - particularly if the items you return would mean that you would not have been entitled to the free shipping offer.

We do not offer direct refunds for goods that are listed specifically in a clearance sale as not being returnable for change of mind.  We will be happy to offer a store credit in this case.


How do I return something to you?

It's simple.  Just log into your customer account at this link:  http://www.wearitout.com.au/account.php
Then click 'Completed Orders' and follow the prompts to submit your Return Form.  Once completed, you will be given instructions including our return address via e-mail and on your screen.


What if I want a different size?

That's easy too.  We've taken the hassle and time out of exchanges.  We just process them as a new sale for the new size, and a refund for the old size.  Simply place and pay for a new order online and then return the unused item/s from your previous order for a refund.

When and how will I get my refund?

If you've requested a refund, we'll refund you via the same way that you paid for your order originally.  So if you paid with credit card, we'll refund you directly to your credit card.  We generally process refunds within 7 days of receiving your returned goods so that our staff can check the garments have been returned in new condition. 


It's nice to get it right the first time.

To minimise the possibility of having to return an item, we ask that you please carefully read the information and description about the item/s you are purchasing.  We are always happy to help with any questions you may have about your intended purchase.
