IMPORTANT TEMPORARY CLOSURE INFORMATION:
 
Our warehouse and offices will be temporarily closed between Friday 3rd Feb 2012 and Wednesday 8th Feb 2012 inclusive.  No orders will be sent out during this time and no customer service staff are available during this time.  We apologise for any inconvenience.  All Australian orders will placed up until the end of Tuesday 7th Feb 2012 will be shipped via Express Post at no additional cost after we reopen on Thursday 8th February 2012.

Our parent company is called MetroSpire Pty Ltd.  The subsidiary business trading name that operates this website is called 2XM Bodywear.  We may use either of these names in conjuntion with our Trade Mark (WEAR IT OUT) when dealing with our customers and suppliers.

We only offer limited hours support in English via phone as we are unable to operate a 24 hour call centre service.  If your call is unanswered, please leave a message and we will aim to return your call within 12 hours however we often call back much quicker than that.  We won't, however, return your call outside of 'normal' hours so we won't bother you late at night or early in the morning unless you specifically request us to.
