1. This competition is sponsored by MetroSpire Pty Ltd, operator of WearItOut.com.au
2. One (1) winner will be selected at random from our database of e-mail subscribers in each draw.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
4. You must be a current subscriber to be eligible to win this competition at the time of the draw.  If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, you also void your entry in this competion.  MetroSpire Pty Ltd currently sends an average of two (2) e-mails per month to subscribers. Subscribers are able to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
3. This competition is open to all reisdents of the world within the Wear It Out delivery network.
4. To enter, complete the sign up form by entering your e-mail address, first name and country of residence.
5. Entrants understand that entry to this competition means they will recieve marketing material from MetroSpire Pty Ltd via e-mail as they have opted in to the e-mailing list.
6. The contest runs for three (3) months beginning July 1, 2010, and ends September 30, 2010.  After which the contest will renew for a further period of three (3) months and so on for a minimum of one (1) calendar year from the beginning date.
7. Prizes will be drawn within five (5) days of the end of each three (3) month period.
8. Winners will be notified by e-mail only.  If we are unable to reach you via e-mail after three (3) attempts, your prize will be void.
9. The Gift Certificate (prize) will be issued in Australian Dollars currency only.
10. Gift Certificates in this promotion are not transferrable and will expire if unused after a period of six (6) months.  No substitution is permitted except by MetroSpire Pty Ltd who reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value.
11. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees, costs incurred, taxes and such associate with prize receipt and use.
12. In receiving the prize, the winner agrees that MetroSpire Pty Ltd and their respective subsidiaries and afiliated companies, agents, employees, directors and officers, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole, or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or from the winner's participation in this competion.
13. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion constitutes the winner's consent to MetroSpire Pty Ltd use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
14. MetroSpire Pty Ltd are not responsible for: 1) Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this competition, 2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or processing of entries, 3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition or the processing of entries, 5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or part, from entrants participation in the competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry into competition, provided that, if it is not possible, to award another entry due to discontinuance of the competition, or any part of it, for any reason, MetroSpire Pty Ltd, at it's discretion, may choose to hold a random drawing of all entries up to date of discontinuance for any or all prizes offered herein. No more than the slated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding or programming or any other reasons cause more than the slated number of prizes as set forth by these Official Rules, MetroSpire Pty Ltd reserves the right to award only the slated number of awards by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. MetroSpire Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct typographical, printing or clerical errors in any competition materials. MetroSpire Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change rules of contest at any time.
